For OVER 50 years Juli Pharmacy remains reputable in providing services in the retail of pharmaceutical products. It has enjoyed the goodwill of trust and resilience and has extended its health care delivery services by including laboratory, supermarket, and water. The Company was incorporated on 14th September 1972 as a private limited liability Company under the name of Juli Pharmacy ( Nigeria) Limited. However, actualbusiness started on Monday August 2, 1971.

At inception, the Company was established to carry on the business of wholesale and retail pharmaceutical products, chemists, druggists and dispensing of medicines. In 1976, the Company embarked on a diversification programme to widen the scope of its business operation in response to market, customer demands and in consonance with the policy goals of the management. On the 14th March, 1977 the name of the Company was changed by a special resolution of the Board toJuli Pharmacy and Stores ( Nigeria) Limited, The Company now operates from premises in Lagos State and Ekiti State and stores and markets various pharmaceutical products, medical equipment, laboratory chemicals and general goods.

The Company operates a full government recognized Post Office within the premises with one thousand post office boxes. The Post Office is registered as JULI House Post Office, Ikeja. It is the only private company with such facilities in Nigeria. The Company over the years, has developed a unique marketing strategy which has created tremendous goodwill which it now enjoys within the industry. The Company was privileged to be invited by the Federal Military Government in 1976 to provide pharmaceutical, supermarket and various essential needs to members of the Constituent Assembly in Satellite Town, Lagos. The Company received, at the end of the Assembly sessions, a letter of commendation from the Head of State, for good organization, adequate inventory management and realistic pricing of items for sale as well as a uniquely warm personalized services

The Company went public through an offer for subscriptions on February 10th 1986, and the Company was quoted under the second tiers Securities Markets (SSM) on November 7th 1986. It is the first indigenously promoted company quoted on the Nigerian Stock Exchange. In an age of trying economic conditions, the Company continues to prove that well managed indigenous companies can survive. in an age where practically every product on the market is faked, the company continues to ensure quality not only of its products but also of the services which it gives.

About The Founder:

Prince Julius Adewale Adelusi-Adeluyi is a Nigeria Pharmacist and legal practitioner. He is the founder and Chairman of Juli Plc, the first indigenously promoted company quoted on the Nigeria Stock Exchange. He is the National President of the Nigeria Academy of Pharmacy. He is the past present of the Alumni Association of the Nigeria Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS) Kuru (AANI).

Prince Adelusi- Adeluyi is a former National President of the Nigeria America Chamber of commerce as well as the National President of the National Council forPopulation and Environment Activities (NCPEA). He became the first District Governor of Rotary International District 9110 covering Nigeria in the 1982/1983 year. He was an outstanding student political leader, having served asSecretary General of the world student body, the International Student Conference( ISC) in The Hague, Holland and built student union organisations in Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas. He continues to play a leading role in church and community programmes.

He is a former Federal Minister of Health and Social Services. He is a past Group Chairman of Oodua Investment conglomerate, an organization coordinating the economic and cultural legacy of the Yoruba nation. He is the Chairman of the Mtn Foundation.

MR. ADEBAMBO MOSHOOD OLASUNKANMI

Head of Accounting

Mr. Adebambo Sunkanmi, is presently the Accountant in Juli Plc. He holds HND in Business Administration and Management from Lagos State Polytechnic and a Post Graduate Diploma at Uthman Dan Fodio University, Sokoto. His professional career started with the Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria (ACE), He is also a professional student with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He started is working career with Access Bank of Nigeria at 4, Boma road Apapa branch Lagos, from year 2000 to 2002. He later joined Aviation Weeks and Tour Magazine at Nigeria Airport, Lagos from 2002 to September 2003. His career spur to joined Opticom Nigeria Limited, a subsidiary of UAC from October 2003 to October 2013, he works briefly with Savoury Snack and Meals Limited from November 2013 to August, 2017. I joined Juli Pic from 17th August, 2017 till date.

SARAH TOMMY OLUSINA

Sarah Olusina is a skilled laboratory Scientist whose stint with the Nigerian Army Reference Hospital, Yaba, Lagos and various diagnostic laboratories within Lagos has helped shaped the face of Juli laboratory since 2014. Her extensive trainings with agenciessuch as PEPFAR,NIMR, NIM ,MLSCN etal has proven to be of immense benefit in rendering laboratory services and medical related services to both patients, healthcare professionals and providers and any interested persons. She is graduate of the University of Calabar, an Associate of MLSCN.

Obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy from University of Benin.A clinically oriented pharmacist with more than a decade experience in Hospital pharmacy practice. Joined Juli PLC in November 1996.Married with four children. A registered pharmacist and member of Pharmaceutical society of Nigeria and Association of Community Pharmacists of Nigeria.
